Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl currently has four strikers at his disposal to use in the Premier League.
Che Adams, Danny Ings, Shane Long and Michael Obafemi make up his options at the top end of the pitch. Hasenhuttl has been deploying a 4-2-2-2 for the majority of the season, with two of the four starting each game.
Despite the shared game time and minutes on the pitch, Ings is the only one who has been able to score a respectable number of goals. Ings has 15 in the Premier League, whilst Long has three, Obafemi has two and Adams is yet to score his first goal for the club.
This suggests that Southampton could look to sign another striker in the summer to play alongside Ings and contribute with goals. One player they have been linked with his Gianluca Scamacca, but who is he?
