Southampton picked up where they left off before the international break as they defeated Sheffield United 1-0 at Bramall Lane.
Saints had gone three competitive games without a defeat in the week preceding the fortnight of international football and extended that run to four with a win against the Blades.
Moussa Djenepo scored an impressive solo goal in the second half to decide the contest, as Ralph Hasenhuttl saw his men move above their hosts and into the top half of the Premier League table.
Sheffield United pushed to claw back an equaliser, but their efforts proved to be of no avail, and Billy Sharp was sent off for a rash challenge on Stuart Armstrong late in the day.
The win means that Southampton have accumulated seven points from their opening five matches of the season, with six of these coming on their travels.
So, who impressed at Sheffield United, and who has forced their way into our Power Rankings after Gameweek 5? Let’s take a look.
