A number of Southampton fans have reacted to an image that emerged online as a potential badge for the club if they were to be bought by Red Bull.
Some Saints supporters have taken to Twitter to mock the attempt at making it look real, with no real evidence to support that it is anything but a Twitter troll.
This comes after The Times reported that the club has been put up for a sale for a price in the region of £250m. Gao Jisheng is said to be looking to sell the club after almost three years in England, after buying a controlling stake in August 2017.
Southampton have finished 17th and 16th in his two seasons at the club so far, with the club currently in the bottom half of the table as things stand.
This has led to fan speculation over who could buy the club, with some suggesting – without proof – that Red Bull could be an option.
These Southampton fans reacted to the design of what a potential badge could look like under their ownership.
