A number of Southampton fans have said that they would be fine with the club selling Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in the summer.
Some Saints fans have taken to Twitter to say that they are happy for the club to cash in on the midfielder if he wants to leave the club at the end of the season.
This comes after a report from Football Insider claimed Hojbjerg has turned down a contract offer from the club. The report also states that Tottenham are interested in a summer deal for the Danish international, who will have just 12 months left on his current contract at the start of the transfer window.
Hojbjerg is Southampton’s club captain and has played in 27 of the club’s 28 Premier League matches. He has also recorded the fourth-highest WhoScored rating at the club in the league this term.
These Saints fans have had their say on his future and would not be against him leaving.
