A number of Southampton fans have offered their opinions on which players deserve a new contract at the club.
Ralph Hasenhuttl is reportedly waiting until Southampton hit 36 points before discussing new contracts with players, or signing a new deal himself.
The Saints are currently sat on 34 points, which means that a win away to West Ham this weekend would take them past that mark.
Southampton will be on 37 points if they win the gama and at that point. Hasenhuttl could begin to start thinking about next season and who he would like the club to tie down to longer-term contracts ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.
Shane Long, for example, is out of contract at the end of the season. He has scored three goals in his last six appearances for the club, including the opener against Aston Villa at St. Mary’s in the 2-0 win last weekend.
These Southampton fans decided on who they want to see get a new deal, some more serious than others…
