Former Southampton forward and current Sheffield United star Billy Sharp has just turned 34-years-old.
The English striker has scored once in the Premier League for Sheffield United this season, but scored 23 in the Championship last term on their way to promotion from the second tier.
Sharp spent almost three years at Southampton between 2011 and 2014, scoring 10 goals in 18 appearances for the club. He netted nine times in 15 Championship games, but fell out of favour upon the club’s promotion to the Premier League.
Nigel Adkins gave him two Premier League appearances in the 2012/13 campaign, before sending him out on several loans and then a permanent transfer to Leeds.
He has scored 241 goals in 575 games to date, highlighting his impressive goalscoring prowess throughout his career.
