Southampton scored a late equaliser against Tottenham on Saturday as they forced the Jose Mourinho’s side into a fourth-round replay.
Danny Ings missed a number of good openings in front of goal, before Heung-Min Son opened the scoring for Spurs. He picked the ball up just inside the box to the left and drilled an excellent shot straight into the bottom corner past Angus Gunn.
Whilst Ings had an off-day in front of goal, he did turn provider to help Southampton level the score. Ings collected the ball on the left channel and cut the ball back perfectly for substitute Sofiane Boufal to run onto and smash into the top corner. Boufal provided a spark after coming off the bench and kept his composure to bury the chance when it came his way.

Southampton now travel away to face table-toppers Liverpool next weekend in the Premier League as they aim to become the first side to beat the Reds this season.
