Southampton will be looking to continue their 100% record in 2020 when they host Wolves on Saturday afternoon.
Saints are on a remarkable run of form that has seen five wins and one draw from their last six matches including impressive victories over Chelsea, Spurs and Leicester last time out.
That 2-1 win at the King Power Stadium perfectly illustrated the progress that Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side have made 11 weeks on from the 9-0 reverse scoreline.
Saints have moved up to 12th in the Premier League, seven points clear of the relegation zone and just three points off 7th.
And that team in 7th is this weekends opponents Wolves who themselves have had an impressive season so far but Saturday is a great chance for Saints to move level on points with Nuno Espírito Santo’s side.
While Southampton are yet to lose in 2020, Wolves are yet to win following a loss to Watford and draw with Newcastle in the league as well as a draw with Manchester United in the FA Cup before losing the replay on Wednesday.
Hasenhuttl revealed in his pre-match press conference that Yan Valery remains the only absentee for Saturday’s clash.
Here’s how we predict the side to line up:
