West Ham United are one of the many clubs in the Premier League that appear to be in a crisis at the moment.
The Hammers are in trouble this season, and find themselves precariously low in the table, with a huge six-pointer against Southampton coming up this weekend.
In their most recent outing, West Ham surrendered a one-goal lead to lose 3-1 at home to Arsenal, and it seems plenty of the club’s fans have had enough of under-fire boss Manuel Pellegrini.

Pellegrini has been seriously underwhelming at West Ham. He got them playing some good football last season, but they have never developed any consistency under his management.
The Hammers have a strong squad with very good players; Felipe Anderson is incredibly talented, Declan Rice has a lot of quality, and Sebastien Haller is excellent. Pellegrini is failing to get anywhere near as much from the aforementioned players as he should.
It’ll still be a difficult match for Saints at the weekend, but it’s one that they simply have to view as a must-win.
