These Southampton fans react to Lacazette’s stoppage time equaliser
Southampton were left ruing missed chances as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Arsenal at The Emirates on Saturday.
Danny Ings and James Ward-Prowse scored the goals for Southampton as they twice went in front, only for Alexandre Lacazette to equalise both times.
Lacazette’s second leveller came in the 95th minute as he poked the ball home from a Gabriel Martinelli cross.

READ SOUTHAMPTON VERDICT
Southampton missed a host of good openings whilst winning 2-1, with Moussa Djenepo guilty of spurning two great chances in front of goal. The forward saw one of his efforts cleared off the line when it looked easier to score before skewing a shot wide when in a good position in the six-yard box.
The Saints, quite simply, need to be more ruthless when they get into positions inside the box. If they are going to avoid relegation, something needs to change in the final third in order to kill teams off and secure wins.
