Southampton were left frustrated once again as they lost 4-1 to Chelsea at St. Mary’s on Sunday.
The Saints have now lost three games in-a-row in the Premier League and sit just one point above the relegation zone.
One positive from the match was that Danny Ings was able to register his third Premier League goal of the season, thanks to a superb assist from Yan Valery.

READ SOUTHAMPTON VERDICT
It was a sublime piece of skill from Valery, as he took four or five Chelsea players completely out of the game before delivering an excellent ball into the box to finish the move off.
Whilst Cedric was performing well prior to his injury, the extra attacking edge which Valery offers could give him an advantage over the Portuguese defender. Ralph Hasenhuttl now has a big call to make when Cedric is back fit, after the international break, as to who he calls upon at right-back.
