N’Lundulu has arguably been the standout performer for Radhi Jaidi’s side this season.
He has led the line well and appears to be a player who Hasenhuttl thinks highly of, given his inclusion in his preparations for the aforementioned United fixture.
Shane Long’s contract at St Mary’s expires at the end of the season, and Saints may be keen to look towards the future by integrating N’Lundulu as their fourth-choice forward in the senior squad before next summer.
Either way, time is on the former Chelsea academy forward’s side, and his future certainly looks bright.
