Southampton are on the verge of completing a deal to sign striker Che Adams from Championship side Birmingham City.
The Saints have agreed a £15m fee with Birmingham for Adams, who is now set for a medical before officially joining the club.

Adams was attracting plenty of interest this summer following his excellent season for Birmingham in the Championship last term.
The young striker found the back of the net 22 times for Garry Monk’s side, who finished in the bottom half of the table after a points deduction midway through the campaign.
Adams will become Southampton’s second signing of the summer, after Moussa Djenepo – who signed from Standard Liege for a fee in the region of £14m.
