Southampton will be looking to secure their first win of the Premier League season this weekend when they travel to face Crystal Palace.
The Saints head into this game off the back of a morale-boosting victory in the Carabao Cup second round. A late goal from substitute Charlie Austin secured a first win of the campaign for Saints as they defeated Brighton and Hove Albion.
Crystal Palace, too, came out on top in their Carabao Cup outing. They travelled to Swansea City and defeated them 1-0 thanks to a goal from Alexander Sorloth.
The Eagles have overseen an inconsistent start to the new season but will fancy their chances against a struggling Southampton side at home.
Mark Hughes is likely to have close to a full-strength squad to choose from against Crystal Palace but has been left to sweat over the condition of Danny Ings, with the forward nursing a foot injury.
Here’s how we think Saints will line up at Palace.
