Southampton are yet to receive a bid from Burnley for goalkeeper Fraser Forster, according to the Southern Daily Echo.
Burnley are desperate for a new keeper with both Tom Heaton and Nick Pope out injured. They have asked UEFA for dispensation to register another goalkeeper ahead of their Europa League clash against Aberdeen tonight.
The Clarets have been linked with a potential loan switch for Forster, after Pope suffered an injury in Burnley’s first leg game with Aberdeen in the Europa League.

Tom Heaton is also likely to be sidelined for the game due to a calf problem, meaning that Burnley will have to turn to another goalkeeper for the game.
Forster is very much out of favour at Southampton, with the club recently spending £12 million to sign Manchester City goalkeeper Angus Gunn.
After losing his spot in goal to Alex McCarthy last season, Forster’s Saints career looks to be over, with a move to Burnley an opportunity to get his career back on track.
