Southampton are among a host of Premier League clubs that have shown interest in 29-year-old Angers midfielder Cheikh N’Doye, according to reports.
The Senegal international has been in superb form this season for the French outfit, as his performances have helped to lift them up to third in Ligue 1; an impressive feat for N’Doye and his side.
However, this form has not gone unnoticed. Top flight sides such as Saints, Crystal Palace, West Brom and Stoke are all rumoured to be interested in the defensive midfielder, but it is unclear whether or not a move will be in the offing for the experienced Senegal man.
N’Doye’s contract is due to come to a close in the summer, therefore along with his excellent displays and availability becoming increasingly attractive to potential suitors; it would be no surprise to see the Angers man in the Premier League sooner rather than later.
