Southampton have been dealt a number of blows as Ralph Hasenhuttl has confirmed three injuries ahead of the clash with Aston Villa.
Hasenhuttl has revealed that Nathan Redmond, Sofiane Boufal and Kyle Walker-Peters will all miss the match.
Redmond is expected to be out for at least a month, with no return dates set for either Boufal or Walker-Peters at this stage.
Both Boufal and Walker-Peters started and were substituted against Burnley last weekend, whilst Redmond was not in the matchday squad having already sustained his injury in training.
Walker-Peters is suffering with a calf problem, with Boufal having limped off against Burnley after damaging his heel. Hasenhuttl says that Boufal has not been in training all week because of his injury.
Speaking to BBC Solent’s Adam Blackmore, Hasenhuttl confirmed all three injuries.

Hasenhuttl will now have a number of team selection decisions to make as Southampton prepare to host Aston Villa at St. Mary’s on Saturday.
