Southampton’s Wesley Hoedt could be on his way out of the club, with the player’s agent offering him to Italian side AC Milan.
Calciomercato are reporting that the player’s agent, Kees Vos, met with AC Milan officials, and reportedly “offered” Hoedt to them.
The defender has had a hard time of late, and was sent out on loan to Celta Vigo last January.
Hoedt looks to be on his way out of the Saints, even after being included in the squad that travelled to Austria on the pre-season tour.
Despite being offered to Milan, there’s is no indication that the Italian side are interested in a move.
Hoedt has three years left on his deal at the Saints, but is unlikely to return to the first team after disappointing last season.
The defender joined the Saints from Lazio back in 2017 for a reported £15 million and has made 41 appearances for Southampton.
