Southampton have reportedly upped their valuation of midfielder Mario Lemina, according to reports from Football London.

The Saints now want over £30 million for the midfielder, after reports said that they would accept a deal of just £15 million for the Gabonese midfielder.

Lemina is reportedly wanting to leave Southampton, and was left out of the squad that travelled on the pre-season tour of Austria.

He had difficulties with injuries last season, but is reportedly one of the players that Ralph Hasenhuttl wants to sell ahead of the 2019/20 season.

Manchester United and Arsenal are both reportedly looking at a deal for Lemina, but may be put off by the high asking price.

Arsenal especially may be out of the race, due to the Gunners not having much money to spend in this transfer window.

Therefore, the two clubs may try to negotiate with Southampton in an attempt to get a lower fee for their target.
