Monaco, PSG and Arsenal are all interested in signing Southampton right-back Cedric Soares this summer.
According to DN, the trio of clubs are all showing an interest in a deal to sign Cedric ahead of next season.
Despite being shipped out on loan to Inter Milan for the second-half of last season, Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl has decided to include Cedric in the club’s pre-season tour.
The likes of Charlie Austin, Mario Lemina and Jordy Clasie have all been left behind by the club, with their futures up in the air.
Yan Valery displaced Cedric from the side last season, with the Portuguese defender then failing to nail down a starting place in the Inter’s team whilst in the Serie A.
Arsenal, PSG, and Monaco are all now looking to offer Cedric a lifeline, as he looks to get his career back on track and end his Southampton woes this summer.
Players who need to impress in pre-season
After the signing of Che Adams, Shane Long needs to prove that he still has what it takes to play for Southampton.
The Dutch defender was poor for Southampton last season and need to show in pre-season that he deserves to be at the club.
Sims needs to prove that he has what it takes to be in the first-team squad next season.
McCarthy will be looking to impress in an attempt to win back the number one slot at Southampton.
