Leganes keen on second loan deal for Carrillo
Leganes are interested in signing Southampton striker Guido Carrillo on loan for another season.
The striker spent the 2018/19 campaign on loan to the Spanish outfit and scored six times in La Liga for the club.
According to AS, via Sport Witness, Leganes now want to bring him back for a second season in Spain.
The report claims that a number of unnamed Spanish clubs and Boca Juniors are also keen on the forward, who impressed with his hold-up play for Leganes.
Southampton signed Carrillo for a club-record fee from Monaco in January 2018, shortly before manager Mauricio Pellegrino was sacked by the club.
Pellegrino then joined Leganes in the summer and brought Carrillo over from Southampton with him – on loan.
The report also claims that Leganes are not prepared to sign Carrillo on a permanent deal, although it is unclear if the other interested parties are or not.
