Southampton have learned just how much they will need to splash in order to land VfL Wolfsburg striker Victor Osimhen this summer, completesports.com report. 

According to Le Soir, the Saints will have to pay just €12m for the player who has found the back of the net on 19 occasions this season.

Osimhen has spent the current campaign on loan at Belgian side Charleroi, where he has caught the eye of numerous European sides with his impressive displays. 

The report claims that fellow Premier League side Watford, Italian giants AC Milan and French outfit Lille are also monitoring the forward. 

Southampton have previously been linked with the player, with boss Ralph Hasenhuttl keen on bolstering his attacking options this summer.

And for a reasonably low price, the Saints may decide to act fast on securing the services of the 20-year-old as Hasenhuttl prepares for his first full season. in charge at St Mary’s.
