Hojbjerg and Bednarek have been two of Southampton’s standout stars this season, with the latter only recently making his way into the first-team after the departure of Mark Hughes.
The Dane, Hojbjerg, has also taken over the captain’s armband this season and scored three times from midfield so far.
Bednarek, 22, has become a mainstay at the back under Ralph Hasenhuttl and is fully deserving of international recognition, having already been capped eight times by his country.
