Charlie Austin is on his way out of Southampton this month, according to a report from The Telegraph.
The 29-year-old has found the net on only two occasions in the Premier League this season and has struggled to work his way into the long-term plans of new manager Ralph Hasenhuttl.
Nathan Redmond, Shane Long and Danny Ings have all been preferred in the attacking roles to Austin, whose future at St Mary’s Stadium is now in considerable doubt.

The Telegraph’s report indicates that Turkish giants Galatasaray are exploring the possibility of recruiting Austin, while Championship club Aston Villa are also interested.
Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers are also noted as potential suitors for Austin, whose contract at Southampton expires at the end of next season.
It is reported that the Saints have already rebuffed approaches for the former QPR star but will allow him to seek pastures new should acceptable offers present themselves before the window slams shut next week.
