Southampton striker Manolo Gabbiadini has been linked with plenty of Serie A clubs in recent weeks and the latest to be named as a potential destination is Bologna.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, as cited by Italian news outlet TMW, the forward has been lined up by his former side as a dream signing ahead of the January transfer window.
Gabbiadini has been perennially linked with a return to Bologna following his spell there some years ago, but no move has come to fruition.

However, it is reported that star Bologna striker Mattia Destro is angling for an exit, leaving manager Filippo Inzaghi with a potential attacking dilemma ahead of January.
It is set to be a busy window for Bologna, according to the claims from Italy, with the likes of Gabbiadini lined up as the club aim to bolster their attacking ranks.
Gabbiadini has scored one goal for Southampton this season and this came in the club’s 1-1 draw against Watford last Saturday.
