According to the Telegraph, Southampton are looking at Norwich’s Sporting Director to potentially head up their footballing operations.
The report claims that Southampton are considering an official approach for Webber, who has been praised for the work he has done with Norwich.
He has been in Norfolk since the end of the 2016/17 season and oversaw a massive overhaul on and off the pitch for the Championship side.
After finishing 14th in the league last season, Norwich now sit top of the Championship and Webber has been given a lot of credit for their recent success.
