Feyenoord are expected to complete the re-signing of Jordy Clasie from Southampton, according to claims from Voetbal International.
The Dutchman is set to be sold by Saints this summer and he recently expressed his desire to return to De Kuip as he looks to revitalise his career away from St Mary’s.
Clasie spent the duration of last season on loan at Club Brugge, helping them to secure the Belgian Pro League title.

However, it seems he is destined for a return to his homeland, with Eredivisie giants Feyenoord apparently set to allow Karim El Ahmadi to leave to free up space for Clasie’s return.
The 27-year-old was taken by Mark Hughes to China for Saints’ pre-season preparations this month, but is still likely to be offloaded in the near future, it seems.
Clasie joined Southampton for a fee believed to be in the region of £8 million back in 2015, as he linked up with former Feyenoord boss Ronald Koeman.
