Napoli look set to lose Jorginho this summer and if they do, it’s claimed that Mario Lemina has been eyed as a replacement.
The Southampton man is said to be the subject of Napoli’s interest for the summer transfer window, with Manchester City continuing to negotiate a deal for Jorginho.
Talks have been ongoing over a deal for the Italian international but with no positive conclusion yet. Fresh reports from Italy on Saturday indicate that Napoli will not sell Jorginho until they have signed a replacement and received a fee worth €50m for the player.

It’s claimed by Tuttosport, via Football Italia, that Napoli have identified two primary targets in the event that Jorginho edges closer to an exit – Sampdoria’s Lucas Torreira and Saints’ Lemina.
According to claims earlier on in the week, Napoli have already been in contact with Lemina’s entourage over the possibility of a summer deal.
Southampton are unlikely to be willing to sell but interest is clearly building in their Gabonese midfielder, with Manchester City also having been linked with a move if they fail to recruit Jorginho.
