AC Milan are not in the running to sign Arsenal winger Theo Walcott this month, according to Calcio Mercato, via Inside Futbol.
The report claims that Milan are not interested in signing Walcott, as they look to strengthen the defensive side of their squad instead.
Reports earlier this month suggested that Walcott was keen on a move to Italy, and Milan in particular, with Inter Milan and Roma also being linked with his signature.

Milan, however, are not actively pursuing a move for Walcott, leaving one less team for Southampton to contend with.
Southampton are trying to sign Walcott this month to strengthen their attacking options, bringing him back to the club where he started his career as a teenager.
The England international looks set to leave Arsenal in a bid to force himself into the England squad for the World Cup in Russia this summer.
Alexandre Lacazette and Olivier Giroud are preferred up front at Arsenal, whilst Shane Long is currently Southampton’s first-choice striker.
