Southampton have been linked with a move for Manchester United youngster Brandon Williams in the upcoming winter window.
And many Saints fans have taken to social media to give their approval over a potential move.
According to The Athletic, Ralph Hasenhuttl is keen to add another full-back to his St Mary’s ranks and sees the 20-year-old as a capable challenger on either flank.
Williams, who is wanted by several sides, was happy to seal a loan move to Southampton during the summer window, however, a deal never materialised and he remained at Old Trafford.
It appears as if a New Year switch could be on the cards, though, with the defender failing to feature in any Premier League action under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season.
It didn’t take long for the links between Southampton and Williams to make their way onto social media, with these Saints supporters open to a move over the coming months.
