Southampton and Wolves are both reportedly interested in a €12 million deal to sign Walter Kannemann.
According to Cesar Luis Merlo, both Premier League teams are keen to sign the Argentinian international this summer.
Kannemann currently plays his football for Gremio in Brazil and has clearly done enough to earn himself admirers in England.
The 28-year-old came through the ranks at San Lorenzo in his home country before moving to Atlas in Mexico.
He arrived at Gremio back in 2016 and now looks like he could be on the move once again.
A little bit late to the party, Kannemann only made his senior debut for Argentina back in September 2018 but has since been capped five times by his country.
Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl has made it known that he wants the club to bring in a new central defender this summer and it looks like Kannemann could the man that they turn to.
