Southampton are likely to struggle in their pursuit of RB Leipzig striker Jean-Kevin Augustin, according to Chris Williams.
The Bundesliga journalist explains that the German side will be eager to keep the player this summer, with Timo Werner continuing to be linked with moves away from the club.

Augustin has been heavily linked with a move to Southampton in recent months, but it looks like Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men may have to look elsewhere.
After failing to agree a new deal at Leipzig, Werner looks likely to be moved on this summer.
Both Bayern and Liverpool are known admirers of the German striker, which makes Leipzig’s task of keeping hold of Augustin even more important.
The 21-year-old may have only started three Bundesliga games for Leipzig this season, but he could expect to play a much more prominent role in the next campaign if Werner is to make a move away this summer.
