Southampton should cash in on Mario Lemina after he admitted that he wants to stay at Galatasaray.
Lemina says that he is very happy in Turkey and wants to remain at Galatasaray beyond the end of the current season.
He is currently on loan to the Turkish giants, with Galatasaray having an option to buy for €16m.
Speaking to Fanatik, Lemina said:
I am very happy at Galatasaray and I want to continue at the club. But we have to wait and see what will happen at the end of the season.

If Lemina is desperate to stay with Galatasaray and leave Southampton in the summer, they should allow him to go. Keeping an unhappy and distracted Lemina around at St. Mary’s could have a negative impact on the dressing room and cause problems for Ralph Hasenhuttl going forward.
Southampton also have options in central midfield already, leaving little need for Lemina to come back into contention. James Ward-Prowse, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Oriol Romeu, Will Smallbone and Stuart Armstrong are all capable of playing in central midfield and that leaves Lemina surplus to requirements heading into next season.
This is why it could be a good piece of business to sell Lemina to Galatasaray on a permanent deal. It works for all parties, with Southampton getting rid of a player they have no need for, Lemina getting his wish and Galatasaray bolstering their squad.
