Southampton are reportedly scouting Falkirk goalkeeper Robbie Mutch ahead of a possible summer swoop.
According to the Falkirk Herald, Southampton have been scouting Mutch this season as they weigh up a move for the shot-stopper.
Mutch has kept eight clean sheets in 15 league appearances for Falkirk this season, conceding just nine goals in that time.

It is good to see that Southampton are looking at potential additions to their academy set-up in the summer, with Mutch being just 21.
He is already a regular in the second division in Scotland, which suggests that he could have plenty of potential as a goalkeeper going forward.
If Southampton can secure a deal for him, he could come in and be the club’s Under-23 goalkeeper or possibly even go back out on loan.
Southampton could be investing in the future, with Mutch potentially being a first-team player later down the line.
Failing that, they could develop him to a point where they are able to sell him on for a profit. This means that it could be a shrewd bit of business for the club, on and off the pitch.
For the immediate future, though, the goalkeeping situation in the first-team is of no pressing concern.
Angus Gunn and Alex McCarthy are competing for the number one shirt and the latter has kept four clean sheets in his last 10 matches – showing that he is performing well between the sticks.
