Scottish champions Celtic are eager to sign Mohamed Elyounoussi on a permanent basis.
The Southampton winger joined the Hoops on a season-long loan deal and is thriving in Glasgow.

He has missed a chunk of the season because of injury but his performances in the UEFA Europa League especially have led Celtic fans to want him at the club permanently.
The Saints have set an asking price of £9m and former Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Paul Robinson feels it could happen. As quoted on the Football Insider, he said:
It’s not a bad signing, it’s a lot of money for Celtic to spend.
But I think Southampton are talking about Fraser Forster as well and have put an unrealistic price tag on him, but £9million seems a realistic price.
And if Celtic can get the funds, it’ll be interesting to watch that transfer.

The Saints signed Elyounoussi for around £16m in the summer of 2018 but he failed to make an impact at the club.
He simply could not get into some sort of positive form but at Celtic, he has looked a totally different player.
£9m seems really low for someone who the Saints paid so much money for and if they are happy with that fee, it looks like Celtic will bite their hand off.
