Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina appears to have emerged as a target for clubs in Serie A.
According to a report from The Telegraph, the Gabon international is attracting interest from Italy, with the transfer window now open once again.
Lemina is currently on loan at Galatasaray having fallen out of favour under Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl.
However, it seems a tug of war could ensue regarding the former Juventus man, with Italian outfits monitoring his situation.
It is because of the interest from clubs in Serie A, The Telegraph reports, that Saints are pondering a short-term loan move for OGC Nice midfielder Adrien Tameze.

Southampton are hardly likely to stand in Lemina’s way if a concrete offer comes in during the January transfer window.
He has had a decent time on loan at Galatasaray, but he hasn’t exactly set the world alight, with the Turkish giants enduring an underwhelming season both domestically and in Europe.
Lemina did not live up to expectations during his previous stint in Italy at Juventus, but he remains a well-regarded player, it seems.
Southampton would benefit from adding to their midfield options despite the recent form of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and James Ward-Prowse. Still, it’s hard to see Lemina ever forcing his way back into Hasenhuttl’s thinking.
