Southampton legend Terry Paine has heaped praise on Southampton’s Moussa Djenepo.
The Mali international attacker has just recently returned from injury. He made a really bright start to his Southampton career before suffering the setback, but he is now ready to continue to impress.

Djenepo’s personality and energy are infectious, as teammate Nathan Redmond revealed last week that the new arrival is always smiling and laughing.
Paine feels he has what it takes to turn the season around for the Saints. As quoted on the Daily Echo, he said:
I’d like to see the young Djenepo play on Saturday and get a sustained run, free of injury. He’s given glimpses of hope and if he can get a run in the side and settle down in the side he might just be the difference.
He’s only 21 and only come in this season and got the injury so hasn’t really had a chance to establish himself. If he can adapt to the Premier League he’ll be a big asset. But he needs to play in his right position to benefit the team.
Does Paine have a point?

Absolutely. The 21-year-old possesses the pace and quality to provide a spark for Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men in attacking areas.
Combining Djenepo and Redmond on the flanks is certain to cause havoc to opposition defences, starting with Arsenal this weekend.
However, it’s important not to place too much pressure on the youngster’s shoulders, because this could end up having an adverse effect.
