Premier League club Southampton are in a pretty bad place at the moment on and off the pitch.
The Saints fell to another defeat last Saturday at the St Mary’s to fellow strugglers Everton.
Off the pitch, the club are also having problems after losing director of football operations Ross Wilson to Scottish side Rangers.
The Saints have some very important roles vacant at the moment and these fans are not pleased at all…
Twitter: @L1minus10 It’s actually quite depressing! How not to run a football club!! It’s like opening a restaurant when you can’t cook (@dankiz1)

READ SOUTHAMPTON VERDICT
The club is well and truly in a mess and action needs to be taken immediately to fill these crucial vacancies.
The entire structure and organisation of the club seems to be in tatters and this could be affecting the performances on the pitch.
Fans are beginning to get impatient and it’s still so hard to understand how a side that was pushing for the top six has fallen so badly in such a short amount of time.
