Motherwell have set an asking price of £3 million for reported Southampton target David Turnbull, according to the Daily Record.
Celtic, Southampton and Bristol City are reportedly in the hunt for Turnbull, and Motherwell have now responded to the interest.
A fee of £3 million, which would be the biggest fee Motherwell have ever received for a player, would be enough to sign Turnbull, according to the reports.

Reports suggest that Motherwell are seeking £2.5 million up front, before a further £500,000 in future add ons.
The midfielder won the Scottish Football Writers’ Association’s young player of the year award, and has attracted a lot of interest this Summer.
Turnbull signed a new contract last season with Motherwell, and has two seasons left to run on his deal in Scotland.
The midfielder’s sixteen goals were enough to win the award, and attract the interest in him.
