Stuart Armstrong has been named in Steve Clarke’s first Scotland squad since he was appointed as manager last week, BBC Sport report.
The midfielder is in line to win his 13th and 14th caps for Scotland, respectively, when the Tartan Army face Cyprus and Belgium in their Euro 2020 qualifiers next month.
Armstrong featured 32 times for Saints this season in all competitions, scoring four and assisting two, and played in both of Scotland’s opening Euro 2020 qualifiers against Kazakhstan and San Marino respectively.

The midfielder is one of five Premier League players to feature in the squad, alongside Ryan Fraser, Scott McTominay, Andy Robertson and Tom Cairney, while five uncapped players have also been called up.
Clarke was appointed as Scotland manager after leading Kilmarnock to a third place finish in the Scottish Premiership and a place in Europe for the first time in Killie’s history.
Armstrong is expected to be part of the side who face Cyprus at Hampden Park on 8 June before a tricky fixture against Belgium three days later.
