Fraser Forster could be set for a Southampton recall this weekend, according to manager Ralph Hasenhuttl.
The Saints have secured their safety for another season with two games to go. As the pressure is now off, they are set to make a few changes for this weekend’s game against West Ham.
Hasenhuttl spoke to BBC Radio Solent’s Adam Blackmore as he previewed his side’s trip to the London Stadium, and it is reported that Forster could be handed a rare chance to shine.

Forster has really fallen down the pecking order with Southampton over the past year-and-a-half.

The last game he played in was Southampton’s 5-2 defeat against Tottenham at Wembley on 26 December 2017.
He was on the bench for the remainder of last season, but this year he has rarely been making it into the matchday squad.
The 31-year-old made it onto the bench for the first time of this season in March against Newcastle, and he has been a substitute for the past three games because of Alex McCarthy’s fitness struggles.
Angus Gunn and McCarthy have moved ahead Forster in the pecking order, with the former establishing himself as the number one from the end of February onwards.
