Charlie Austin is set to remain at Southampton, according to multiple reports.
The striker had been linked with a move away from Southampton, but multiple sources now say that the Saints striker is set to remain at St Mary’s.
The Daily Mail report that Crystal Palace, Burnley, Wolves and Cardiff all made loan bids for the striker, however, Southampton are set to keep the forward.

Stoke City also made a reported £7 million bid for Austin, which was also rejected by Southampton.

The attacker has struggled to force his way into the Saints side, with the former QPR man failing to the make a big impact this season for Ralph Hassenhuttl’s side.
Other reports suggest that Austin is happy on the south coast, and is ready to fight for his place within the Southampton lineup.

Southampton also want to keep Sam Gallagher at the club, with Ralph Hassenhuttl reluctant to sell any attacking options for the Saints.
