The Birmingham City forward is wanted by both Burnley and Southampton and both have seemingly offered him terms that he is happy to accept.
The determining factor on his future will seemingly be which club offers the Blues the best deal for the forward.

The 22-year-old has been in excellent form for Birmingham this season, scoring 14 goals in 28 Championship games and it appears that his performances have caught the eyes of scouts from both Burnley and Southampton.
West Ham have also been linked with a move for Adams, one worth in the region of £10m, but as it stands, it looks like a two-horse race between The Clarets and The Saints for the former Sheffield United star.
Birmingham paid around £2million to sign Adams in 2016 and look set to earn around five-times that amount by selling him in this window.
