Leicester City and Wolves are reportedly interested in signing Charlie Austin this month, with the Southampton striker having been told he is free to leave the club during this transfer window.
The 29-year old is due to become a free agent at the end of next season when his contract expires, and Saints are not standing in his way of finding him a new club in the current transfer window.
Austin has struggled to score goals this season, having scored just twice in 16 Premier League appearances.

Having only started eight of those games, Austin has grown increasingly frustrated at having spent so much time on the sidelines this season, and while manager Ralph Hasenhütll admires his attitude, the Austrian doesn’t believe he fits into his system at St Mary’s.
And according to MailOnline, both Wolves and the Foxes are interested in his services, as well as Turkish giants Galatasaray.
Austin signed for Southampton in 2016 from Queens Park Rangers, and has scored 20 goals in 68 games for the club.
