Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Dele Alli are hoping to make their return to action when they take on Southampton in March, the Daily Echo reports.
The two sides are set to come face to face on Saturday 9 March at St Mary’s, with the key Spurs duo hoping to be fit to play.
Kane suffered ligament damage to his ankle at the beginning of the month when his side suffered a 1-0 defeat to Manchester United at Wembley Stadium.
Alli joined Kane in the treatment room at the weekend after pulling his hamstring in Spurs’ 2-1 win over Fulham at weekend.
The pair will both almost certainly be unavailable to play until March but are targeting the game against Southampton to make their come back.
Both Kane’s and now Alli’s injuries come as a massive blow to Mauricio Pochettino who is battling to earn his side a Champions League spot again for next season.
