Southampton could welcome back three key members of their squad ahead of their upcoming game against Everton.
Ryan Bertrand, Mario Lemina and Danny Ings could all return to the fold for Saturday’s Premier League clash against the Toffees, with boss Ralph Hasenhuttl admitting the Derby County game on Wednesday night has come too soon.
As quoted by the Saints’ official club website, he said:
Injured players are coming back piece by piece. Bertrand is training with the team, Ings will hopefully return to training tomorrow and Lemina was in the group today.

The Southampton manager is also set to bring Pierre Emile-Hojbjerg back into action against the Merseyside outfit, as the Dane will have completed his four-match suspension after receiving a straight red card against Manchester City.
Saints play two home matches this week, as they prepare to face Derby in the FA Cup third round replay after the two sides played out a 2-2 draw at Pride Park.
They then welcome Everton to the South Coast, as they look to secure back-to-back wins in the Premier League after Saturday’s 2-1 win away at Leicester City.
