The striker will be out of the matchup with an injury he picked up in training, meaning that he will miss Saints clash with the current champions of England.

Mario Lemina is also a doubt for the game at St Mary’s, with the midfielder attempting to get over an ongoing injury problem.
However, Saints will be handed a boost, with Pierre-Emile Hojberg coming back into the team after his supension.
Southampton will be looking to get a result against City, who have struggled as of late.
Saints lost to West Ham on Thursday, and will be hoping to bounce back against the Citizens.
