Former Manchester United and West Ham boss David Moyes would reportedly be willing to hold talks with Southampton regarding the vacant managerial role.
According to Sky Sports News, the ex-Everton manager is keen to get back into work within the Premier League.
Moyes has been out of a job since leaving West Ham over the summer and was recently linked with the position at Fulham prior to Claudio Ranieri’s appointment.

The Scot has followed Nigel Pearson and Craig Shakespeare in expressing their interest in the role, despite not necessarily being on Southampton’s radar.
Moyes earned plenty of plaudits for the turnaround job he did at West Ham last season, guiding them away from the relegation zone and keeping them in the Premier League.
Southampton now find themselves in a similar position to that of what West Ham did when Moyes took charge, but it appears the Saints are looking elsewhere with the former RB Leipzig manager Ralph Hasenhuttl the early favourite for the job.
