Italian giants Inter will rival Southampton in their pursuit of Brazilian defender Rafael Toloi.
Calciomercato report that the Atalanta defender is of interest to the San Siro outfit.
Toloi is being linked with a move away from the Serie A side, with no new deal at the club looking imminent.
The former Brazilian youth international has a deal that runs until 2020, but the club appears ready to cash in on the player.

Southampton are likely to be able to offer the player regular first-team football, with Inter the boasting likes of Milan Skriniar and Miranda at the back Toloi is likely to be no more than a rotation option at the San Siro.
Luciano Spalletti’s side also have one of the better defensive records in Serie A this season.
Mark Hughes is keen to strengthen defensively and could look to launch a move for Toloi in the January transfer window.
