Southampton have rubbed salt in the wounds of relegation-threatened Swansea by posting a Trip Advisor review about the Marriott hotel after they cancelled the Saints’ booking before their huge relegation battle with Swansea City in.

Saints had to change their plans and switch to another hotel, which was further away from the Liberty Stadium, after it was reported that a virus had broken out at the Marriott. However, some people at Southampton were suggesting that the Marriott were simply trying to disrupt the south coast club ahead of the huge game.
If that was the case, the plan did not work as Manolo Gabbiadini struck the winner to earn Southampton a huge three points.

The game finished 1-0 to Southampton, a result which should guarentee their place in the Premier League next season, barring a few freak results, whilst Swansea will be hoping Huddersfield lose their remaining two fixtures and they defeat Stoke City to stay in the top flight.
